Greg Mortinson Response on Building Peace

The video shows how education can better the life of a Pakistani women or girl. It demonstrates how education helps them in their everyday lives. Some girls need to be shown how to sow in order to make clothes for themselves or even sell the clothes to establish their income. i believe there should be peace around the world in order to help on another educating kids that need the education. I also believe that we should all work together to bring clean food and water to the countries that need them. I saw that children and people were dying due to the contamination of the water. Greg made a difference to that Pakistan community, he brought water and education to the community.

World Peace

When I think of peace I think of a world really comfortable and calm. Something that can make this life of mine much easier, just like I feel when friendly people are around. I mostly feel peace when I'm with my girlfriend she brings such tranquility to my life. I see the world gathering together and helping each other out in any way possible. It is a symbol of people coming together with smiles on their faces. Peace is something that people feel and know when there is communication between them. It is a feeling that calms the soul. Peace is what I get when I go to church on Sundays. In the vocabulary peace their is no violence at all. Violence is the effect if there is no peace. Peace to me is everything that makes my life better and stress free. Peace means bringing my family even closer to me. Even if it is with an animal it can make your life much simpler. The word peace means no war if we had peace we would not be in war with Iraq, but they chose not to be in peace with us. So there is no peace in this world unless we make that change.
